iDesign Print. Last updated: July 2026.
iDesign Print ("the platform") is a print ordering and design workflow service operated by iDesign ("iDesign", "we"). Brand organizations and their authorized users ("you") use the platform to request customized print materials. iDesign's design team produces final artwork, and iDesign arranges production and shipping through its print vendors.
Access is by invitation from iDesign or from your brand organization. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping your email account secure, since sign-in links are delivered by email. Roles (rep, brand manager) determine what you can see and do; do not attempt to access data outside your organization or role.
Brands prepay iDesign off-platform and receive credits. Credits are allocated to users by the brand's managers and are debited when an order is submitted. Credits automatically return to the user's balance if an order is rejected by the brand or canceled by iDesign before production. Credits are not redeemable for cash, and unused credits are governed by the brand's agreement with iDesign. Pricing per piece, in credits, covers design and production as shown at the time of ordering.
For each order, iDesign returns proof artwork for approval. The approved proof is the final print file: by approving, you confirm the content, spelling, pricing, dates, and imagery are correct, and you authorize production. iDesign is not responsible for errors present in an approved proof. Change requests before approval are handled through the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit, including prices, offers, claims, and account names. The platform's automated compliance check is advisory only and is not legal review. Final responsibility for compliance with beverage alcohol marketing laws, state regulations, and industry standards rests with the brand. iDesign may decline to produce content it reasonably believes is unlawful or off-brand.
Brands retain ownership of their trademarks, product imagery, and brand assets, and grant iDesign a license to use them to provide the service. Uploaded logos and assets must be ones you have the right to use. iDesign retains ownership of the platform, its templates' underlying code, and its design frameworks. Final approved artwork produced for a brand's order may be used by that brand for the ordered purpose.
Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other organizations' data, no automated scraping or bulk abuse of rendering or AI features, no uploading of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and no content marketing alcohol to minors.
We may update, add, or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Order records and the credit ledger are retained as the system of record.
The platform is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDesign's aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the amounts paid by the brand for the order giving rise to the claim. iDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, vendors, or events outside its control.
Brands may stop using the platform at any time; iDesign may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Credit balances on termination are settled under the brand's agreement with iDesign.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: contact iDesign at the address and email on your service agreement.
