iDesign Print. Last updated: July 2026.

Template notice. This is a working template drafted to match how the platform operates. Have your attorney review and finalize it before relying on it with clients. It is not legal advice.

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, phone (if provided), role, and brand organization. Order information: the pieces you order, the copy and images you place in them, ship-to addresses, notes, proofs, and status history. Usage information: sign-in events and platform activity needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

2. How we use it

To run the workflow: producing your artwork, routing approvals, moving orders through production, and shipping. To communicate: transactional emails about your orders (proof ready, shipped, credit alerts). To keep accurate money records: the credit ledger. To improve and secure the platform. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your order content to advertise to third parties.

3. Who processes it

The platform runs on a small set of service providers acting as processors: Supabase (database, authentication, hosted in their cloud), Cloudflare (hosting, edge compute, file storage, PDF rendering), Resend (transactional email), and an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) that processes the text of a piece only when you run copy assist or a compliance check. iDesign's print vendors receive the artwork and ship-to details needed to produce and deliver an order. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

4. Sharing within your organization

Your orders and activity are visible to your brand's managers and to iDesign staff operating the service. Your logo locker is private to you, plus your brand's managers and iDesign. Users of other brand organizations cannot see your data.

5. Retention

Order records, proofs, and the credit ledger are retained while your brand uses the service, as the system of record for money and production. Account information is retained while your account is active. On written request after a brand relationship ends, iDesign will delete or return brand data, keeping only what the law or accounting requires.

6. Security

Access is authenticated with emailed one-time sign-in links, data access is enforced at the database layer per organization and role, files are stored in private storage, and connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; report any concern to iDesign immediately.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile in the platform, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information through your brand or directly from iDesign, subject to records we must keep. Transactional emails are part of the service; marketing email, if any, is opt-in and separate.

8. Contact

Privacy questions: contact iDesign at the address and email on your service agreement.
